Follow these essential instructions to create and submit your presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and a pre-recorded video, in compliance with IEEE conference standards. Ensure your content meets all technical and formatting requirements for a successful submission.

Since the IC-SIT 2024 will take place in Hybrid mode, the slides (and presentaion video for remote participants)are required IN ADVANCE. Use the link mention below to upload slides (and video).

Guidelines for PPT Submissions
- Use standard formats like
.pptxorPDFto ensure compatibility. - Test your presentation on different devices and software versions.
- Use a clean, professional design with high-contrast colors.
- Ensure text is large enough to be readable on smaller screens.
- Limit the number of slides to maximum 15.
- Please keep the file name as Paper_ID-Paper_title.pptx or Paper_ID-Paper_title.pdf (e.g., 445-Sample_Paper_Title.pptx).
Guidelines for Video Submissions
- Use standard formats such as
.mp4or.wavfor compatibility. - Ensure the video resolution is at least 720p for clarity.
- Maintain good lighting and clear audio throughout the video.
- Keep the video duration to a maximum of 08 minutes.
- Preferably, include a clear view of the presenter's face in the video.
- Keep the video file size to a maximum of 250 MB.
- Please keep the file name as Paper_ID-Paper_title.mp4 or Paper_ID-Paper_title.wav (e.g., 445-Sample_Paper_Title.mp4).
